    Director

    Over the past 20 years Rouad delivered numerous successful multi-million dollar projects for private developers, fund managers, consortiums and financial institutions.

    Following his involvement with some of Australia’s leading property development and construction companies, Rouad founded Alliance Project Group Pty Ltd. His vision included creating a company that met a clear need in the market for quality construction and turnkey projects.

    Over 17 years in the property and construction industry, Rouad developed a great aptitude for business management, various development models, project delivery, feasibility studies, due diligence, strategic planning, concept design and design development.

    He is self-driven and ambitious. Rouad proved his capability to transform a vision into business reality and to provide the leadership that is necessary for sustainability and growth.

    His qualifications include;

  • Ziad Ghenim

    Project Director

    Ziad brings over 16 years’ top tier industry experience. Following a rapid progression to Project Management, Ziad designed and constructed major projects for a diverse range of clients including Leighton Properties, NSW Health, Anglican Retirement Villages and Carrington Care.

    Since a young age, Ziad has been involved in some of Australia’s leading construction companies and managed various major projects and revenue streams of up to $140m. He collaborated with exceptional project teams and was recognised and credited with delivery of projects on time, on budget, with the highest quality and a strong safety mindset.

    His qualifications include;

    • Licensed Builder

  • Azeem Khambiye

    Financial Controller

    Azeem brings to Alliance Project Group a comprehensive understanding and multidisciplinary approach to the accounting needs of Alliance Project Group. He developed these skills from fulfilling a wide range of accountabilities in small and large firms alike.

    Azeem is a qualified Chartered Accountant and previously held positions in Deloitte’s and Toyota Australia.

    His qualifications include;

  • Tariq Elayoubi

    Construction Manager

    Tariq brings to Alliance Project Group a broad depth of experience in the construction industry and has been vital in the projects that APG has undertaken. His role as Construction Manager is to oversea all projects ensuring that they meet not only the requirements of the Client and WHS, but also APG’s own high standards. In addition to the management of onsite construction, Tariq also provides valuable input into the design development of projects to ensure their build-ability and compliance.

    Tariq is directly involved with all construction overseeing project delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met. He has a track record of delivering quality projects largely due to a proactive approach in seeking better ways and opportunities to add value to projects.

  • Haysam Tissini

    Project Manager

    Haysam Tissini is a highly skilled, diligent and professional Project Manager. He possesses the ability to transform projects to cost effective, efficient, safe and seamless in approach. Haysam has a solid career in the building industry having been exposed to both site management and contract management.

    His on-site experience means he possesses exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures, and a sharp eye for detail. Haysam has 8 years’ experience in all facets of construction and project management.

    He has the ability to manage hard dollar tender projects and successfully deliver them on time and within budget.

    His qualifications includes:

    • Diploma in Project Management
    • Certificate IV in Building and Construction
    • Certificate III in Carpentry

  • Sobhi Alhashwa

    Project Manager

    Sobhi brings to the Alliance team several years of experience working in the UAE & Oman for companies including Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) and Darwish Engineering.

    He has worked on show-case projects inclusive of the new $1.35bn “Duqm” Port & Dry Dock facility, the second largest in the Middle East. Sobhi also lent his engineering talents to the $154 million Dubai Towers project.

    Sobhi enhances the skill set of Alliance with his wealth of international and local experiences in Project Management, cost engineering & estimating.

    His vast engineering background enables vital input into all of our design concepts and cost estimates.

    His qualifications includes:

  • Hassan El-Achkar

    Project Manager

    Hassan is a self-motivated individual with a strong personal drive and is highly regarded within the Building Industry.

    His career is one of real note and achievement. Since an early age he has been involved in some of Australia’s leading construction companies. At Leighton’s he was involved in numerous major projects and revenue streams of up to $550M AUSD.

    He worked with some exceptional project teams on Sky Point Towers and Bay Pavillions and is well known for his ability to manage both Head and Subcontracts in a professional manner. Hassan has experience in various communication and cost management systems.

    As Alliance Project Group’s newest Project Manager, Hassan is ideal to deliver quality project management.

  • Berhan Kassem

    Project Manager

    Berhan realised his passion for building early in his life. He subsequently carved out a successful career in the profession after completing a Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering at the University of Sydney.

    His vast building and engineering background allows him to have vital input into all aspects of contract administration and design management.

    His involvement includes all aspects of the building process taking a hands-on role in the management, coordination, design and delivery of the projects he has been involved in.

    Berhan prides himself on delivering all projects he has been involved in, on or ahead of time and to the highest quality notwithstanding the complex nature of the project.

    His qualifications includes:

    Project Manager

    Edin is a highly motivated individual who brings to Alliance Project Group a new way of thinking and problem solving. His building professionalism stems from his hands on experience within the construction field. His expertise includes all aspects of building; from management, planning and coordination of various construction projects including multistorey medium density buildings and commercial buildings. His involvement within each project includes all aspects of the building process taking a hands-on role in the management, coordination, design and delivery of the projects he has been involved in.

    Edin prides himself on delivering all projects, on or ahead of time and to the highest quality notwithstanding the complex nature of the project.

  • Zekerija Krcic

    Design Manager

    Zekerija is a very confident design co-ordinator with exceptional organisational skills clearly evident in the projects he takes on board. Zek is responsible for coordinating the design work involved across the entire construction process, from the work of design teams and architects, through the planning phases, to final construction.

    As a strong collaborative communicator and driven to succeed with complex designs, Zek plays a key role in implementing quality finishes. His attention to detail and ability to ensure projects are followed through to their completion from conception, through to the commissioning and hand over phase, are mirrored within our overall company profile.

    Estimator

    Since Jorden’s appointment with Alliance Project Group, he has brought his boundless enthusiasm and knowledge which has allowed him to cement himself as a key player within our management team.

    Jorden is a highly competent Estimator and this is seen through his constant commitment to estimating. He works closely with our clients to prepare tender documents, manage project documentation and oversee all tender submissions for current and future projects.
